The Los Angeles studio space is 40' by 20' and one side opens up to another 15' x 20' space. The ceilings are 16' tall with optional skylights.

There are two restrooms and a second floor with a kitchen and lounge space.
The rental fee includes utilities, telephones, DSL access, and
backdrop assistance.

Pricing:
A single day (10 hours, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.) studio rental is $1000. Overtime after 6 p.m. is billed at $180/hour. Backdrops can be rented at 50% off of the daily rental fee. A deposit of $600 is required to reserve the studio.

A cancellation fee of $200 will be charged for cancellations or changes to the studio rental date less than 24 hours before the reserved date.
